Collins & Lacy, P.C. welcomed veteran human resources professional Shera Silvis to the firm as Director of Human Resources.
Shera earned her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of South Carolina. She also holds a paralegal certificate from Midlands Technical College in Columbia, S.C. In 2015, she obtained the Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), validating her expertise in human resource competencies, knowledge, and practical application.
“Shera is a highly experienced senior human resources manager. She’s worked as a claims adjuster, paralegal, law firm office manager, as well as a longtime senior human resources manager at the Charleston School of Law.
