Columbia Flag & Banner changes name to Columbia Flag & Sign Company; moves to new location

COLUMBIA, SC – Columbia Flag & Banner has changed its name to Columbia Flag & Sign Company and has moved from the Vista to a new location at 633 Meeting Street in West Columbia.

The company, which has been locally owned and operated for 30 years, made the move to Meeting Street to better serve its customers and to support its rapidly growing sign division.

“Our sign department has grown so rapidly in recent years that we simply outgrew our space and had no room to expand,” according to owner David McGehee.  “So we changed our name to better reflect our product offering and moved to a larger office space in West Columbia. Although our location is changing, our goal remains the same…to give our customers the best service at the best price.  This move gives us the ability to do just that.”

The new location will accommodate new equipment and a larger scale of production with more space for vehicle wraps, sign and banner printing for faster turnaround times.  The company plans to announce a grand opening event soon, where it will celebrate 30 years in business.

“We deeply appreciate our loyal customers who have helped us become so successful and look forward to serving them more fully in our new location,” says McGehee.
