Franklin Jones and Amanda Payne Team #1 in South Carolina
COLUMBIA, SC – The Franklin Jones and Amanda Payne Team (Franklin Jones, Amanda Payne, and Elizabeth Woodring Ross) placed fifth in North America on the company’s 2013 rankings for greatest number of units sold. The team placed first in South Carolina in volume and units sold, and ranks third in the region which ranges from North Carolina to Texas. The team placed 10th in the region for volume.
“These numbers are indicative of how strong our real estate market is. To me, as in politics, all real estate is local and we are proud to have recorded this production level. We will continue to strive to do the best job possible for our clients. From my perspective we have the best clients, referral sources, and network in South Carolina. I can’t thank them enough,” says Jones.
The team was honored at the Coldwell Banker United awards ceremony in March, and has been asked to attend the Coldwell Banker’s National Conference in Los Angeles, California for further recognition.
“I also need to mention this wouldn’t have happened without fantastic professionals that don’t always receive due credit. Thomas Shumpert, a REALTOR at Coldwell Banker Midtown, had a large role in the overall production, and Amy Ackerman Cartin continues to be the premier team manager in the industry,” Jones continues.
The members of the Franklin Jones Team are also dedicated supporters of Midlands’ life and community. Most notable is their continued support of the Junior League of Columbia. In 2013, they fulfilled a $10,000 donation commitment to the charitable organization, redirecting a percentage of their commission on all sales for the year-long period ending May 31, 2013. The team renewed the commitment for 2014. Amanda Payne and Elizabeth Woodring Ross are active members of the League.
