Columbia’s J. Bolos Real Estate and Covenant Properties Affiliates with Century 21 Real Estate

COLUMBIA, SC – Independent real estate company J. Bolos Real Estate and Covenant Properties, both based in Columbia, South Carolina, announced today that they are now merging, and are becoming a real estate brokerage franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The companies will now operate as CENTURY 21 J. Bolos, providing full-service real estate services to home buyers and sellers in the greater Columbia area.

CENURY 21 J. Bolos broker/owner, John Bolos, got his start in the real estate industry 11 years ago, working as an assistant at his parent’s firm, Covenant Properties. Bolos purchased the company from his parents in 2008 and quickly took over the business operations, focusing on real estate-owned properties. After several years, he opened J. Bolos Real Estate, offering traditional residential real estate services, and managed both companies in tandem.

To celebrate his office affiliating with the CENTURY 21 System, Bolos hosted a grand opening celebration on June 19 at the company’s new office building, located at 1430 Richland St. in Columbia, SC.
