Commercial real estate veteran David Newman joins eXp Commercial

David Newman, an accomplished commercial real estate professional with two decades of industry experience, announces his transition to eXp Commercial. This move aligns him with his sister, Sarah Newman, a top-performing residential agent at eXp Realty who was named by Apple News as one of the Top 10 Female Real Estate Agents in South Carolina in 2023.
This strategic transition enables David to expand his mentorship, public speaking, and coaching initiatives through The Newman Edge while leveraging eXp Commercial’s innovative platform. The siblings’ combined expertise spans both commercial and residential sectors, with Sarah personally selling $24 million in the last two years and currently managing over $9 million in pending transactions.
During his 20-year career, David has amassed an impressive portfolio including over 1.4 million square feet in sales and leasing transactions with a combined market value exceeding $400 million. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including Class A office, retail, industrial, and special purpose projects.
