CONA introduces new neurosurgical specialist, Dr. Christie B. Mina

Carolina Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical Associates (CONA) announced the addition of neurosurgical specialist Dr. Christie B. Mina to their practice. “CONA is proud for Dr. Mina join our team, bringing expertise in the latest surgical treatment for all complex spinal problems,” said Kelly Roper, CEO of CONA.

Dr. Mina focuses on treating neurosurgical conditions, injuries and disorders and specializes in the following procedures: minimally invasive surgery, complex spinal reconstruction, brain tumor surgery, artificial disc implantation (cervical), treatment of neurologic trauma and carpal tunnel surgery.

A Greenville native, Dr. Mina completed her medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and her residency training at the University of Tennessee/Semmes-Murphey Clinic in Memphis. Dr. Mina then returned home to serve the local community. She has practiced in the Upstate for more than 16 years.
