Congaree Land Trust presents 8th Annual signature event – Game & Garden Soirée

Join Congaree Land Trust for the 8th Annual Game & Garden Soirée on Thursday, April 3rd from 6pm to 9pm. As one of the organization’s signature fundraising events, this highly anticipated spring gathering brings together some of the region’s most renowned chefs, preparing a delicious array of small plates made from locally sourced ‘game and garden’ ingredients.

The Game & Garden Soirée will welcome over 250 guests in support of Congaree Land Trust’s mission to conserve treasured natural and scenic spaces across central South Carolina. The celebration will take place at Junction 800 in The Vista, a vibrant cultural hub in Columbia. Guests will enjoy culinary creations from top local chefs, including Pierce Bowers of Dorsia Pasta Co., Harold Pendleton of The War Mouth, Patrick Weller of Southern Way, Danté Serra of The Hollow, and more. The evening will be accompanied by lively music from Carolina Bluegrass Style, and a silent auction will showcase an array of local artisan goods, art, and experiences. Proceeds will benefit Congaree Land Trust’s important conservation initiatives.
