Keene Development Group and P+F Construction mark major milestone as Greenville’s newest neighborhood takes shape

Construction is underway at Biltmore Walk, a luxury townhome community with 44 residences on the corner of Pearl Avenue and Biltmore Drive. Crews have finished site clearing and started erosion control and grading, with retaining walls and underground infrastructure planned in the coming weeks.

P+F Construction, the general contractor recently chosen to oversee construction on Biltmore Walk, has planned the project to ensure steady progress. Over the next 30 to 60 days, crews will continue grading, install underground systems, and build retaining walls, setting the stage for the transition into vertical construction.

“These early steps set the tone for the entire project,” said Steve Foushee, co-founder at P+F Construction. “Our job is to deliver with precision and care at every stage, from infrastructure through final details, so that Biltmore Walk reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.”

Biltmore Walk is designed as a modern, walkable community near downtown Greenville that blends timeless architecture with contemporary interiors. Inspired by the character of New York’s Gramercy Park, the community features brick and limestone exteriors, green spaces, and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes. Residences include three- and four-bedroom floor plans, private elevators, rooftop terraces, two-car garages, and interiors by FORD Interior Design.

The development team includes Keene Development Group, P+F Construction, MHK Architecture, FORD Interior Design, and Knight Strategies. Sales are led by Tom Marchant and Kendall Bateman of Marchant Bateman & Co., part of Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate.

Construction will continue through the fall as the project moves toward vertical construction, the next major phase of development. For more information about Biltmore Walk, visit www.biltmorewalk.com or contact Marchant Bateman & Co. directly.
