Countybanc Insurance’s Tammy Hendrix receives officer appointment

Countybanc Insurance announced that Tammy Hendrix has been appointed Assistant Vice President by the Countybanc Insurance Board of Directors.

Hendrix has an extensive background in customer service with more than 30 years of experience. She joined the Countybanc Insurance team in 2017 as a Personal Lines Customer Representative. Hendrix currently serves as a Commercial Lines Client Service Agent and is responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts by providing customized insurance solutions and service.

Hendrix holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation, which is attributed to outstanding individuals who provide exceptional account management and customer service. It is a nationally recognized educational program that includes five courses covering a variety of claims and risks topics. The CISR Elite distinction is granted to CISRs who have taken their commitment of service to an even higher level, completing four additional exams beyond what is required to earn the CISR designation.
