Crawford expands leadership team, strengthens capabilities across communications, creative and growth
November 4, 2025Crawford, a full-service creative agency based in Greenville, South Carolina, continues to build momentum with key new hires supporting communications, creative and growth. The agency recently welcomed Kim Banks as director of communications, Nate Osbourne as creative director and Brawley Crawford as director of strategic growth.

Communications and brand leadership
As director of communications, Kim Banks leads integrated communications initiatives, overseeing media and public relations and ensuring consistent brand messaging across client and agency platforms. Her role expands Crawford’s strategic communications, public relations and content development leadership capacity to reinforce the agency’s commitment to growth, innovation and outcome-driven client work.
Banks joined Crawford after serving as director of communications for academic affairs at Clemson University, where she established and led the communications function within the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost. Her background includes co-owning a Greenville-based public relations firm and consulting for national and regional clients.
Creative leadership
As creative director, Nate Osbourne brings visions to life from idea to execution to balance big-picture direction. Blending conceptual thinking with production expertise, he helps bring ideas to life across every medium.
Osbourne joins Crawford from EP+Co, where he most recently served as art director. At EP+Co, he built cohesive campaigns across digital, print and motion by collaborating with writers, designers and producers to create work that resonated across platforms.
Strategic growth
Brawley Crawford, Crawford’s new director of strategic growth, is responsible for expanding the agency’s market presence, cultivating new business opportunities and ensuring Crawford’s capabilities are clearly communicated and consistently delivered.
Before joining the agency, Brawley served as commercial director for GLIMMA, where he played a pivotal role in securing Apple as a client in 2023 and launching a nationwide window film and vinyl graphics installation program that has since expanded into Canada. His experience also includes leading brand implementation projects for Delta Air Lines, Accenture, FedEx and Care.com, helping organizations bring their brands to life across workplaces, signage and environmental graphics.
