CHARLESTON, SC – CresCom Bank, the community bank leader within the Carolinas, continues its growth as Katie Matthews joins as its newest mortgage loan originator. After training at CresCom Bank’s Summerville branch under Alan Greer, Matthews will be responsible for originating mortgage loan applications for customers at the bank’s West Ashley branch.
Matthews joins the CresCom team from SunTrust Bank, where she held a client service specialist position. While there, Matthews received numerous sales awards for her efforts. Prior to her time at SunTrust Bank, Matthews expanded her banking knowledge as a teller at Wells Fargo.
