Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes

Just 2 ingredients and a bit of time make these potatoes easy, delicious, and nutritious!
Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 sweet potatoes
- Touch of brown sugar
Directions:
- Rinse and scrub each sweet potato. No need to dry.
- Poke holes in sweet potato with a fork.
Wrap each sweet potato with aluminum foil. - Fill your crock pot 3/4 the way full of sweet potatoes.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours.
- When finished put 1/4 tsp. brown sugar in each sweet potato. (optional)
- Serve and enjoy!
