Crock Pot Sweet Potatoes

Baked sweet potatoJust 2 ingredients and a bit of time make these potatoes easy, delicious, and nutritious!

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 sweet potatoes
  • Touch of brown sugar

 

Directions:

  1. Rinse and scrub each sweet potato.  No need to dry.
  2. Poke holes in sweet potato with a fork.
    Wrap each sweet potato with aluminum foil.
  3. Fill your crock pot 3/4 the way full of sweet potatoes.
  4. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
  5. When finished put 1/4 tsp. brown sugar in each sweet potato. (optional)
  6. Serve and enjoy!
