Crossroads Treatment Centers appoints Nick Sulaiman as President and Chief Operations Officer

Crossroads Treatment Centers, a leading provider of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, announced the appointment of Nick Sulaiman, a healthcare executive, as President and Chief Operations Officer, effective November 11. In this role, Sulaiman will lead the operations of Crossroads’ 100+ treatment centers across nine states and oversee key support teams that create the organizational infrastructure necessary to ensure timely and effective treatment for patients.

Sulaiman will also oversee Information Technology, Marketing, Community Engagement and People & Culture, which will further align the organization to best support patients through their unique paths of recovery.

Sulaiman brings more than 18 years of senior healthcare leadership to Crossroads, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer for Skin & Aesthetic Centers. Previously, he held multiple executive leadership roles during his 10+ years at RHA Health Services, including President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and Executive Senior Vice President.

Sulaiman earned a master’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
