Cushman & Wakefield elevates Chad Love to Managing Principal of the Carolinas
December 5, 2024Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has elevated Chad Love to Managing Principal of the Carolinas. He will be responsible for the firm’s Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro-Winston Salem, Columbia, Charleston, and Greenville markets.
Love will lead all market activities in the Carolinas and play a critical role in driving growth for the firm, value for clients, and strong business performance across the region.

Love joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2022 as Managing Principal of the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office. In that leadership role, he led strategic growth and business development efforts while overseeing all components of the firm’s business in the Triangle region, including agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, asset services, valuation and advisory, and project and development services.
In October 2023, Love was recognized as a Peak 25 honoree by Triangle Business Journal, which spotlights 25 individuals across the region who have been tapped to lead local organizations in the past two years. He is also an active-duty Veteran of the United States Army and currently serves on the council for Cushman & Wakefield’s Military and Veterans Program, which encompasses several initiatives to recruit, retain and develop military and veteran talent. The firm was recently named a 2025 Military Friendly® Top Five Employer.
