Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the following promotions in Greenville, South Carolina:

 

Elliott Fayssoux, Kacie Jackson, and Laura Harmon

 

VICE PRESIDENT:

Elliott Fayssoux has been promoted to vice president. Elliott joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Greenville, South Carolina office in November 2012, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Elliott has knowledge in big box industrial space where he has serviced institutional clients and equity firms. He also has represented several corporate clients internationally and has recently completed transactions in five states.

 

FIRST VICE PRESIDENT:

Kacie Jackson, SIOR has been promoted to first vice president. Kacie specializes in industrial sales and leasing in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Greenville, South Carolina office. Kacie’s extensive knowledge of the Upstate South Carolina industrial markets has allowed her to nimbly serve both landlords and tenants. Since joining Thalhimer in 2013, Kacie has participated in the leasing of nearly five million square feet of industrial space.

 

SENIOR ASSOCIATE:

Laura Harmon has been promoted to senior associate. Laura joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Greenville, South Carolina office in March 2015. Laura specializes in office sales and leasing in the Upstate South Carolina area with knowledge of commercial property sales, leasing, and management to better serve her clients. Laura graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing with a concentration in International Business.
