Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by EGP 85 Charleston LLC to provide commercial property management services for the Charleston Federal Courthouse Annex located at 85-87 Broad Street in Charleston, SC.
Known as the Josiah House/Federal Court House, the 60,251 square foot government office complex is fully occupied by U.S. Government. This is one of several government buildings currently managed by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Charleston office.
