Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Becknell Services to provide exclusive leasing representation and commercial property management services for 2725 New Cut Road in Spartanburg, SC.

The 171,600 square foot speculative industrial property, located within Wingo Park, is currently 100% vacant with the ability to lease to two tenants.
