Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the completion of a 115,764 square foot lease of industrial space to GSP North America Co. Inc. at 2725 New Cut Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR, Elliott Fayssoux and Kacie Jackson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Becknell Industrial. Brockton Hall, Garrett Scott and John Montgomery with Colliers represented the tenant.
