Grainger leased 168,087 square feet of industrial space in Southchase Industrial Park at 111 Southchase Blvd., Fountain Inn, SC. Charlie Whitmire handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Equity Commonwealth.
Premier Medical Company leased 36,176 square feet of industrial space at 6000 Pelham Rd. in Greenville, SC. Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Elliott Fayssoux handled the lease negotiations.
Worldpac leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 1020 Southern Drive in Columbia, SC. Elliott Fayssoux handled the lease negotiations.
Charter Communications leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 429 Highview Road in Anderson, SC. Elliott Fayssoux and Kacie Jackson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
