Red Bull North America, Inc. executed a new lease to remain in their current distribution warehouse for another three years. Located in the Shellmore Business Center on Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, SC, they will continue to service the Tri County area. Mark Erickson, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant, Red Bull North America.
