CHARLESTON, SC – September 2015: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a medical office condominium located at 5401 Netherby Lane, Suite 1202 in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Parkway Associates of Summerville LLC purchased the 4,000 sq.ft. unit from Atlas SC 1 SPE, LLC for $250,000 as an investment.
