Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 4461 Highway 301 in Latta, South Carolina.
GBI LLC purchased the 359,850 square foot heavy industrial property situated on 32 acres from Westrock CP, LLC for an undisclosed amount as an investment.
Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
