Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 2800 Azalea Drive located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
NBM Inc. purchased the 12,288 square foot industrial property from Allen and Webb for $925,000. After extensive renovations, 2800 Azalea will be their new home office serving the surrounding low country area.
