GREENVILLE, SC – February 2015: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 3056 Fork Shoals Rd. in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
General Investments purchased the 133,000 sq.ft. industrial property from Piedmont Distribution Services for $1,800,000 for a new sorting and distribution facility.
