Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer sells Summerville land for future development

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of a 15 acre tract of land situated along 1180 Old Dairy Road in Summerville, South Carolina.
Port City Concrete Land, LLC purchased the land from Eliza M. Mackey. The property was purchased as an investment and will be developed at a later date.
