Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer welcomes new associate in Greenville office

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Glenn Hollis has joined their Greenville office as an associate specializing in land development, retail sales and leasing. Mr. Hollis has previous commercial real estate experience in brokerage and development of retail, office, mixed-use and hospitality properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Mr. Hollis was associated with Eisenberg Company, The Beach Company, and Little Man Ventures.

Mr. Hollis is a graduate of the University of Kansas, with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is past chairman of the Charleston SC Metro Chamber Developer’s Council, past chairman of ULI-SC Coastal Division and an original executive committee member of ULI-SC, as well as a graduate of the ULI-SC Leadership Institute. He served as an original member of the Coleman Boulevard Advisory Board out of Mount Pleasant, SC.
