Dana Spadafora Joins GreenWood, Inc. as Director of Human Resources
June 11, 2014GREENVILLE, SC – GreenWood, Inc., an integrated maintenance, operations and construction solutions provider, has hired Dana Spadafora as Director of Human Resources. In this role, Dana is responsible for overall management of the human resources function within the organization with both strategic and operational oversight. This includes policy and procedure development; employment and labor relations; compensation; management and leadership development; employee training and development, as well as other key human resources initiatives.
Dana brings 20 years of extensive human resources expertise gained from industrial, manufacturing and service industries. In previous roles, she was instrumental in reducing annual human resources departmental costs and managing organizational headcount within annual budgets; designing human resources assessments and action planning processes to enhance organizational compliance and cultivate employee engagement. Dana’s experience also includes key roles in implementing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP, ABRA, GP, Ceridian, E-Time, and SAP. Dana is an active member of for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Greenville Society for Human Resource Management (GSRHM) and has been a campaign leader for the March of Dimes and United Way.
