Danielle Payne and Greg Collins Join MGC’s Charleston Office

CHARLESTON, SC – McAngus Goudelock & Courie, a regional insurance defense firm, announced the addition of litigation attorneys Danielle Payne and Greg Collins to the firm’s Charleston office.
Payne will focus on litigation, construction, professional liability and coverage and bad faith. She holds a juris doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a bachelor of science from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of the Lexington County Bar Association and the Richland County Bar Association. Prior to joining MGC, Payne practiced insurance defense in Columbia. Payne is also a member of the Junior League of Columbia, where she was recently awarded the Kinsey Black Jones Memorial award for her service to the organization, and serves as a board member for the Lutheran Campus Ministry at the University of South Carolina and the Lutheran Synod Council.
Collins’ practice focuses on litigation, including personal injury and premise liability. He earned his juris doctor from University of South Carolina School of Law and holds a bachelor of science from the University of South Carolina. Collins is a member of the Richland County Bar Association, Lexington County Bar Association, American Bar Association and South Carolina Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He was recently awarded the 2015 Star of the Quarter for South Carolina Young Lawyers Division for his work with the Project Street Youth legal clinic for the homeless. Collins also serves as a member of Financial Stability Council and Chair of Education & Advocacy Subcommittee with United Way of the Midlands. Prior to joining MGC, Collins’ practiced insurance defense in Columbia.
