Davis & Floyd welcomes Shannon “Dee Dee” Setzler as Human Resources Director

Davis & Floyd announced the addition of Shannon “Dee Dee” Setzler as the firm’s human resources director. Setzler has extensive experience providing supervision and consultation for the management of strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, and labor relations. As director, she will manage the overall administration of human resource operations across Davis & Floyd’s five offices.

Setzler has more than 14 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Davis & Floyd, she was the human resources manager at Greenwood Fabricating & Plating. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources® through the HR Certification Institute®.
