Prior to joining Prudential C. Dan Joyner Co., Rogers was a sales and marketing representative in Orangeburg, SC.

Originally from Laurens, Rogers attended Laurens District 55 High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management at Clemson University with a minor in Business Administration. He currently resides in Laurens.
