As a Pennsylvania Native and Real Estate Professional serving both buyers and sellers, Pinkerton recognizes and values the trust his client places in him. Having spent years in the Carolinas, Pinkerton has an effective combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity; his enthusiastic, can-do attitude approach combined with and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Pinkerton attended Albright College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Environmental Studies. Derek also owns and manages his own rentals including student housing, vacation homes. In his spare time, Pinkerton enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and home rehabilitation. Pinkerton is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
