AID Upstate

Since 1987, AID Upstate has been at the forefront in the fight against HIV/AIDS.  Efforts began several years earlier, first as a committee and then as a task force in response to a then-unnamed illness that primarily affected young gay men and rapidly progressed to death.

Over the next three decades, AID Upstate has continued to lead the fight through its activism, innovative HIV prevention and testing programs, and comprehensive care services. AID Upstate’s mission is Preventing and treating HIV through direct services, advocacy, education and awareness.
