I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I help pregnant and postpartum moms who are ready to take back control from depression and anxiety. Through working together, we address and release the stuck emotion and limiting beliefs about themselves and motherhood that are causing their symptoms. Clients who work with me want more than what traditional therapy has given them in the past. I offer individual, family, and group sessions.
