District 56 to Showcase Student Talent at Annual ARTS MIX 56 Event on March 7

One of Laurens County School District 56’s most anticipated celebrations of student creativity is just around the corner. The annual ARTS MIX 56 event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Clinton High School, bringing together visual and performing arts from across the district.

The family-friendly event highlights the extraordinary talents of District 56 students through live performances, art displays, and interactive art stations. Community members are invited to drop in throughout the morning to enjoy music, visual arts, and hands-on activities.

Performance Schedule

The day will feature a continuous lineup of student performances, including:

  • 10:00 a.m. — Clinton Elementary Pan Jammers

  • 10:30 a.m. — Clinton, Eastside, and Joanna-Woodson Elementary Schools

  • 11:00 a.m. — M.S. Bailey Child Development Center

  • 11:15 a.m. — Clinton Middle School Chorus

  • 11:45 a.m. — Clinton Middle School Honor Band

  • 12:15 p.m. — Clinton High School Bands

  • 12:45 p.m. — Clinton High School Winter Guard

In addition to the performances, attendees can explore student artwork from across the district and participate in interactive art stations designed to engage visitors of all ages.

School officials say ARTS MIX 56 has become a favorite annual tradition, offering a powerful reminder of the role arts education plays in student development and community life.
