Dodge® Industrial’s Erik te. Riele selected for Leadership Greenville program

Erik te. Riele, Global Product Manager for Tigear® at Dodge Industrial, was accepted as a member of Leadership Greenville’s 52nd class. The Greenville Chamber’s flagship leadership program helps develop informed, motivated, and dynamic leaders throughout Greenville County through an extensive 10-month experience.

Erik joined the Dodge family in 2022 and leads product development and go-to-market strategy for Tigear worm gear reducers—working closely with the company’s engineering, operations, and marketing teams while leveraging his prior manufacturing and engineering experience to drive successful multi-departmental collaboration.

“I’m extremely excited to grow and develop my leadership abilities alongside such a talented group of people in Greenville County”, says Erik. “Through the program, I’m looking forward to gaining new perspectives, expanding my network, understanding my personal strengths, and making a lasting impact on my community.”
