Dominate your market

The smartest business strategy
You need to dominate your market this year.
That’s a tall order. I’m going to show you how.
One of the best pieces of advise I ever got was this:
Form your own unofficial board of advisers.
They will give you the benefit of their wisdom.
They will help you solve thorny issues.
They will help assess your best opportunities.
They will warn you when you’re headed for a mistake.
Their advice will be invaluable to you.
And their participation will be invaluable to them.
They will learn from other members of the board.
.
I struggled with this concept for years.
Who would I ask to serve as an unofficial adviser?
Several mentors had advised me as needed.
All were busy, successful business people.
Would they be willing to give up time this way?
Would it be presumptuous to even ask them?
.Then the light bulb finally went off.
It was in a book I had intended to read for years.
The book? Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich.”
In it, he details how to form a Master Mind group.
A Master Mind is an informal board of advisers.
You pool your collective experience and wisdom.
It is an amazing experience. Everyone wins.
Solutions to one person’s problem can work for all.
Opportunities for another may work for all.
.
Our group meets for three hours once a month.
That sounds like a huge commitment of time.
It is. But the full benefit needs that amount of time.
Our group is restricted to business owners.
Partners and independent contractors are allowed.
Do you own a business or a practice?
Email me for details on our Jan. 9 Master Mind.
We would welcome you as a visitor.
