A New Open-Concept Asian Eatery in Cayce
The owners of Duke’s Pad Thai, Chris and Noi Souvanna, are proud to announce the opening of their new eatery, Little Bee Bun Mee Company, located at 904 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce, SC. Set to officially open July 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., the location will offer a unique dining experience featuring an open dining concept between the two restaurants allowing diners to choose from either cuisine all in one building.
The menu at Little Bee will feature a variety of traditional Vietnamese bun mi sandwiches, tacos, salads, sushi, poke bowls, grab and go options, beer, wine, tea fusions and more. Like Duke’s Pad Thai, the restaurant will be fast-casual and offer to-go ordering online.
Chris and Noi Souvanna, the visionary owners of Duke’s Pad Thai, have always been committed to providing the community with high-quality and delicious food. Their passion for sharing family recipes and teaching their two boys about running a business led them to open Dukes in 2017. With Chris as the mastermind behind the creative dishes and Noi expertly managing operations, they have created a casual gathering place known for its exceptional food. Their newest venture, Little Bee Bun Mee, continues their legacy of fast-casual culinary excellence.
“We wanted to continue to add more cultural dining to Cayce through one of our favorite dishes, banh mi sandwiches,” said owner, Noi Souvanna. “The last few years have been a whirlwind, surviving a pandemic, raising two boys and running a successful business; we all just felt like busy bees which led us to naming Little Bee. Our passion for fast-casual food fuels the other busy bees out there to have a family-made meal and get on their way to their busy lives.”
