Dutch Bros Coffee Brewing Up Excitement on Main Street in Mauldin

January 24, 2026

A new coffee stop is getting close to opening its doors in Mauldin, and locals may have already noticed the changes taking shape at one of the city’s busiest intersections.

Construction is in its final stages at 201 S. Main Street — the former A&W/Long John Silver’s location — where Dutch Bros Coffee is preparing to open in the first quarter of 2026. The Oregon-based drive-thru coffee chain is known for its specialty drinks, energetic service style, and a menu that includes its popular Rebel energy drinks along with a variety of coffee creations and quick bites.

As the project nears completion, the company’s signature windmill-style signage and dual-lane drive-thru should be visible soon, signaling that the opening is just around the corner. The high-traffic corridor along Main Street makes the location a convenient stop for commuters heading to work, school, or nearby retail areas.

Dutch Bros has been expanding steadily across the Southeast, and the Mauldin shop represents another step in the brand’s growing Upstate presence. In addition to coffee and energy drinks, the stand will offer teas, smoothies, and snack items — giving customers a wide range of grab-and-go options throughout the day.

An official grand opening date has not yet been announced, but with construction wrapping up, Mauldin residents likely won’t have to wait much longer to see cars lining up in the drive-thru.
