E.F. Hucks & Associates, Inc., a firm whose name has been synonymous with real estate appraisals, consulting and site selections since1986, has opened an office in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
The Murrells Inlet office, located at 3320 Highway 17 Business, will offer the same level of expertise as the Myrtle Beach location. “We wanted to bring our services a little closer to a market that is experiencing tremendous growth,” said President and Founder, E.F. “Buddy” Hucks. “Since 2000, Murrells Inlet has seen a population growth of 140.76% which has resulted in an increase in both residential and commercial construction. While we are not closing our Myrtle Beach office, we are expanding our market area to make us a little more accessible,” Hucks said.
