East Bay Company, Ltd. announces that Property Manager/Leasing Agent, Faith Geiger, represented the company as the Landlord in the leasing of 4786 square feet of restaurant space on the first floor of 215 East Bay Street in Charleston, SC to Alex Hamm Restaurants, LLC, a franchise owner of IHOP.
