ECCO to offer assistance following Matthew

East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) will resume regular service hours on Monday at 10:00 AM and operate as normal, through 4:00 PM this week. ECCO encourages those impacted by Hurricane Matthew to visit ECCO’s facility in Mount Pleasant for help with food, clothing, and other emergency assistance services.

ECCO offers the only client-choice food pantry in the area. Shelves are regularly stocked with everything from canned goods and bread to toilet paper and diapers. Call 843-849-9220 with questions or for more information about available resources. Anyone who is new to ECCO, please bring your photo ID for emergency assistance. ECCO was founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo as an emergency relief effort, and has since grown into a permanent resource for our neighbors in need.
