EDTS Adds Two IT Engineers to Support Team

COLUMBIA, SC – October 21, 2013 – EDTS, a full-service technology consulting firm specializing in network security and managed IT services for Southeastern business, has added John Madison and Brock Barth as Support Engineers on its rapidly growing team.
A native of Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Madison has over 6 years of professional information technology experience in business-to-business environments, specializing in network management and Microsoft systems. A Cisco Certified Network Professional and Microsoft Certified in Server Administration, he holds additional certifications from CompTIA in IT security and network management. Prior to joining EDTS, Mr. Madison worked with ITT Exelis, an aerospace, technology and security company. He is a graduate of Augusta Technical College.
Mr. Barth joins EDTS after serving in IT support and client service for Pollock Company, one of the largest independent document management solution providers in the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University, and is a native of Dade City, FL.
As support engineers, both Mr. Madison and Mr. Barth will help EDTS customers increase productivity and reduce cost associated with information technology by ensuring that critical IT systems are available, optimized, and secure. They will operate across the firm’s Augusta, Columbia and Greenville office footprints.
