Elf Power

COLUMBIA, SC – November 18, 2009 – The program Elves from Catie donated toy elves to children battling cancer at Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital on Monday. Jenny Wilkins, whose child Catie died of cancer, and Kristin Connor, executive director of CURE Childhood Cancer, gave elves to Nytikka Harrison, 3, and her sister Khimani Harrison, 2. Stacy and Preston Harrison are their parents.
Palmetto Health is one of 11 hospitals participating in the program, www.elvesfromcatie.com. A portion of donations is directed to CURE Childhood Cancer.
