Eli Gosnell joins Cothran Properties as a financial analyst

Cothran Properties, a Greenville-based commercial, industrial, and residential developer, added Eli Gosnell as a Financial Analyst for the company’s land acquisition and site development activity in the Upstate of SC. In his new role, Gosnell assists with forecasting and budgeting for the company’s industrial, commercial, and residential developments and analyzes financial data while tracking key performance metrics for enhanced decision-making.
Prior to joining Cothran Properties, Gosnell worked at M Peters Group in Commercial Development and was a Superintendent Assistant with Triangle Construction, where he gained experience with financial modeling and budgeting. He earned a degree from Clemson University in Financial Management and minored in accounting.
