Elizabeth Bakker joins A Child’s Haven Board of Directors

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd associate Elizabeth Bakker has joined the Board of Directors for A Child’s Haven.
A Child’s Haven is an organization that treats children with developmental delays as a result of limited resources, abuse, or neglect, and provides support and education for both the child and their families. Their vision is to ensure that all children in the community are prepared to start school and have families that nurture their success.

Elizabeth believes in the importance of early childhood development and the substantial impact it has on the community now and in the future. “A Child’s Haven is truly a special place that is changing the lives of many families in the Upstate,” Elizabeth said. “I am excited for the opportunity to work with such an amazing organization.”

Elizabeth is a construction attorney in our Greenville office. She assists project owners, general contractors and subcontractors with drafting, negotiating and reviewing construction agreements and handling disputes. Elizabeth also handles general business disputes, such as breach of contract claims.
