Elizabeth M. McMillan Joins MG&C’s Greenville Office

GREENVILLE, SC – February 24, 2011 – The law firm of McAngus Goudelock & Courie is pleased to announce that Elizabeth M. McMillan has joined the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. Ms. McMillan practices in the areas of business litigation, employment law, products liability, securities litigation and general litigation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Furman University, magna cum laude, and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, cum laude. Ms. McMillan has extensive experience in trial work and has tried and arbitrated numerous cases in the areas of products liability, construction, business disputes, warranty defense and personal injury defense work. She has also represented and consulted with numerous companies regarding employment issues and litigation.
Ms. McMillan is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, the South Carolina Bar, and the Greenville County Bar. She is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court.
