Elliott Davis Adds Tax Senior Manager

GREENVILLE, SC – February 22, 2012 – Elliott Davis, LLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, is pleased to announce the addition of Doug Hayes as senior manager in its tax practice. He will share his time between the firm’s Greenville, S.C. and Charlotte, N.C. offices.
A certified public accountant with 14 years of experience, Hayes serves clients across a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, real estate and construction companies with multi-state and international operations. He has worked extensively with private equity and other investment groups structuring deals, providing tax optimization strategies and performing tax due diligence analysis. He formerly worked as a senior manager for another regional accounting firm.

Hayes holds a B.S. of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University.
