Emily Baio joins Colliers International | South Carolina as Property Manager

Baio to assist with Colliers’ growing commercial real estate management portfolio in Charleston
CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Baio as Property Manager in the Charleston, SC office. Baio will be working with Meredith Millender to manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties in Charleston, SC totaling in excess of 1.5 million square feet. Baio will oversee the operation and maintenance of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
Baio has over eight years of property management experience and most recently served as General Manager at Action Property Management in San Diego, CA, where she managed two 25-story luxury residential towers which included the oversite of the construction of 11 large-scale building improvements. Prior to joining Colliers International, Baio earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Diego State University.
