Mrs. Tarney, who has been with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2020, is a native of Columbia. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She currently lives in Cayce with her family.
