Voterheads wants to make democracy more user-friendly – at every level – but in particular, at the local level where not only educated voting, but finding and commenting on what is happening at local council meetings, school board meetings, etc. has been very difficult.  With today’s technology, being an empowered citizen is overdue and Voterheads is committed to doing something about it.

Voterheads allows you to just enter your street address on their web site, click on See My Ballot and it comes up with links to research (news, blogs, etc.) to make an informed voting decision on each name and item before you go to the ballot box. Voterheads also allows you to subscribe to an email alert service that would let you know anytime there was a local meeting agenda item that might affect you and be able to cast your vote.
